Instrument Balance Valve is just like the other types of the Balance Valve. It takes great efforts at controlling fluid flow in the pipelines. Generally speaking, the instrument balance valve is not usually used to shut off the flow.

Similarly, the instrument balance valve has good flow characteristics and can distribute flow and ration the flow reasonably. It can solve effectively the problem of uneven cold and hot room temperatures existing in the heat supply (air conditioning) system.

The type named QF-05 Instrument Balance Valve is the most type of the instrument balance valve. It is usually applied with pressure-difference transducer. The function is switch off / on different pressure transmitter positive/ negative measuring room and lead-in pressure point or to switch on or switch off the positive and negative measuring room. It can be connected through welding method or by the tubing.
