Stainless steel gate valve has the feature of a a positive lock-over centre mechanism or soft closure with pneumatic lock (optional). It includes a closed status in the event of an air pressure loss with the Linear actuation allowing the use of a welded bellows to seal the actuator (i.e. no rotary seals).

There are eight unique features about it. (1):100,000 cycles before servicing (application dependent); (2):high conductance, straight through connectors; (3):valve closes in the event of power failure.simple control via a solenoid valve with manual overrides; (4):minimal vibration/ shock free operation; (5):position indicators reed switches standard with pneumatic actuators .625" thru 12.0"and larger;(6):welded Stainless Steel Bellows; (7):bakeable to 150o C, viton seal bonnet; (8):bakeable to 250o C, metal seal bonnet.

Besides, there are also some specifications about it.(1)leak rate is 2x10  atm.cc./second -10; (2)pressure range is 1x10  torr to 760 torr (viton-seal bonnet) and 1x10  torr to 760 torr (msb - metal seal bonnet); (5)differential pressure is 760 torr in either direction; (6)maximum a pressure before opening is 20 torr; (7)cycles until service is 100,000 (application dependent).
