Cast-steel gate valve belongs to gate valves which contains cast-steel gate valve and forged steel gate valve that are designed and manufactured according to ANSI B16.34. With two type of wedge-solid wedge and flexible wedge, it can be used for different pressure.It has back seal which is weld with stainless steel. With convenient maintenance, it is widely used in petroleum,chemistry,water treatment industries.

It has four unique features: (1)"H" type wedge: Gate valve has "H" type, flexible single wedge, which can compensate the distortion of body, so it has reliable sealing and prevent wedge against difficult operation because of overload. It is suitable to steam and other high temperature medium.(2)full port design: Gate valve has full port which makes it convenient to clear pipeline.(3)Changeable seat: seat and body is connected with thread. So seat can be dismantled and changed, It is convenient to maintenance.(4)Precise design：Design the body and bonnet according to precise calculation. body and bonnet have high
strength, rigid and flow ability.

Besides, there are some technical specification:(1)nominal diameter is 2"-24" ; (2)applicable temperature is -29℃ to 425℃（steel）and -40℃ to -550℃ (stainless steel); (3)nominal pressure is 150lb, 300lb, 900lb, 1500lb ; (4)applicable medium is water,gas,oil,and other causticity medium. And its applications standard is as followings:(1)manufacture standard : ansi b16.34 ; (2)face to face dimension: ansi b 16.10 ; (3)flange dimension: ansi b 16.5.mss-sp-44 ; (4)test: api 598. api 6d.

At last, there are some information about the material.(1) body is wcb, vf8 ; (2) seat  is steel 25+f211 or cf8 ; (3) wedge  is wcb(precise cast)+f321 ; (4) stem  is 1cr13 , 2cr13 ; (5)  gasket  is graphite+1cr18ni9ti ; (6)  bonnet  is wcb,cf8 ; (7)  packing is flexible graphite ; (8) stem nut is astm a349 gr d2 ; (9) hand wheel is  kth300-8.
