Union ball valve has many unique features:(1) full port design; (2) pressure rating: 150 psi; (3) temperature range:upvc: 41°f to 122°f (5°c to 50°c),intermittent: 140°f (60°c); cpvc: 32°f to 194°f (0°c to 90°c), intermittent: 212°f (100°c); (8) epdm or fpm (viton) seals; (9) bidirectional flow; (10) adjustable seat tightness; (11) easy disassembly with handle; (12) easy replacement reduces down time; (13) can be modified for actuator installation.

At last, there are some design chatacteristics about it:(1)trubloc design; (2) rated at 250 psi with non-shock water service at 73°f - the highest rating in the industry; (3) certified to astm f1970; (4)nsf 61 approved; (5)double o-ring stem; (6) interchangeable with model c cartridge, nuts and end connectors; (7) new ergonomic handle with built-in carrier wrench; (8) double union connections - offering socket, threaded and flanged ends; applications with flanges are de-rated to 150 psi; (9) same face-to-face length of the model c; (10) available with or without silicone-free lubricant; (11) new grip style nuts and end connectors to better utilize strap wrench when tightening threaded connections; (12) socket end connectors per astm d2467 and f439 for schedule 80 pressure fittings; (13) rated for full vacuum service.
