Radiator Valve

The radiator valve has the unique feature of a pre-setting facility, which is based on the accurate and reliable Danfoss quality. The main applications for these series of valves are towel rails of the "ladder" type also on design radiators provided with 50 mm connections. This new series of valves can be used creating an visual appealing installation.

There are some advantages about radiator valve:(1)The sensor, because of its large  volume, guarantees rapid and  accurate response to changes in  ambient temperatures. ; (2)Wide temperature control range  capabilities of 40 °F to 85 °F.; (3) Automatic ”freeze protection”  and shut-off-protection. ; (4)The specially designed valve head with its air circulation feature and long isolation stem prevents interference by the flow medium temperature.; (5)The head is securely fastened to the valve body through its unique holding nut design which prevents any loosening problems. ; (6)Wide range of thermostatic heads  suitable for all applications ; (7)Lock-shield ring or protection cap  prevents theft of or damage to the thermostatic head.

Besides, there are also some unique features about its body:(1)special valve body design; (2)prevents flow noises and provides optimized CV values. ; (3)the ”O”-ring gland is replaceable under system pressure. ; (4)the valve cartridge can be replaced without draining the system by means of “Demo-Bloc” tool. 

At last,there are some information about its techinical specifications.(1)Max. working pressure is  150 psig (10 bar) ; (2)Max. differential pressure  is  15 psig (1.0 bar) ; (3)Max. temperatureisis  is  250° F (120° C) ; (4)Low pressure steam  is    max. 15 psig (1,0 bar).
