Metal seated ball valve is mainly composed of body, adapter, ball, lever, nut, seat, push ring, stem, gland, thrust washer, screw, dished spring, antistatic spring, etc. The seat spring structure is adopted in the production of the valve. This kind of structure can effectively create safe sealing no matter how pressure is low. What’s more, metal seated ball valve is generally made of carbon steel, graphite, stainless steel and alloy steel. For example, the steel ball is made of stainless steel and the seat packing is made of graphite. Such materials have various advantages. Take gasket as an example. The gasket of metal seated ball valve is made of flexible graphite. Thus, the fluid leakage from the joint of body and seat can be excellently avoided. The most important point is that all these parts of metal seated ball valve can not be threatened by high temperature. In addition, the outstanding design of the stem can effectively prevent blow-out and static electricity. The operation can be rather safe.
