Cast steel fixed ball valve is a valve made of cast steel with a fixed ball. Cast steel fixed ball valve consists of the following parts, body, ball, seat ring, seat, gasket, stud, nut, stem, O-ring, spring, washer, drain plug and so on. The main materials for these parts are carbon steel, stainless steel, A216 Gr WCB, A217 Gr WC9, PTFE, Viton and so on. The design and manufacture is accordance with API 6D. As for the face to face (end to end), it follows the standard of API 6D. The flanged connection and fireproof separately comply with ANSI B16.5 and API 607, API 6FA. The butt welded end conforms to ANSI B16.25. The sizes of the cast steel fixed ball valve range from 2"--24". The cast steel fixed ball valve can be operated by manual, pheumatic, electric, hydraulic and pneumatic-hydraulic.
