API flanged Pneumatic Ball Valve

API flanged pneumatic ball valve is a ball valve that is connected by flange and is powered by pneumatic in accordance to the design standard of API. The sizes of API flanged pneumatic ball valve are from 1/2” to 4”. API flanged pneumatic ball valve is ideal for the medium such as water, oil, steam, nitric acid, acetate acid and so on. As for the suitable temperature, it is from -40 to +150°C. The temperature can be able to endure high pressure and does not destroy the valve. The working pressure of API flanged pneumatic ball valve ranges from 150LB to 900LB. 

API flanged pneumatic ball valve is made up of the following parts, body, bonnet, ball, stem, seating ring, packing, bolt, connect yoke and connection. The main materials for the API flanged pneumatic ball valve are stainless steel, PTFE, 304, 316(CF6, CF8M) and WCB. It has the following features. What comes first is small fluid resistance. Last but not least, downloading style stem and stem head convex order to prevent the exhaust valve stem, stem seal damage, such as fires, convex order and the body can form a metal contact, to ensure the valve stem seals.
