2PC type ball valve

2PC type ball valve is consisting of a valve body and a bonnet. It is assembled by two parts, that is how its name comes from. It is widely used because when the lutation that is before valve body and bonnet goes wrong, people can stop revealing by closing the valve.

There are several structure features of 2PC type ball valve.

Firstly, there is no friction when open and close, which totally sloves the problem of the leak-proofness causing form friction between the sealing surfaces in traditional valve.

Secondly, it has top entry structure design. People can check and repair the valve assembled on the pipe directly, which can reduce the number of stopping car for the purpose of installing, which finally lower the cost.

Thirdly, it has the design of single valve seat, which eliminate the bad effection causing by the unconventional pressure of the medium in the valve chamber.

Fourthly, it has the design of low torque, which only needs a tinny handlebar to open.

Fifthly, it has the design of wedge shape leak tight structure, which ensures the leak tightness under all kinds of working conditions.

Sixthly, it has the design of self-cleanning struction of sealing surface. When the ball lurches away the valve seat, the flow in the pipeline passes the ball sealing surface homogeneously, which not only eliminate the effect causing from high-velocity fluid eroding the valve seat, but also rushes out the deposits on the surfaces.
